How many webinars are there?

There are 5 webinars – they run from Monday-Friday between 10-11.30am during the week of your course.

How long do the live webinars last for?

They last for between 60-90mins but you can jump off at any time and catch up later in the group.

I can’t make the live time, can I catch up later?

If I can’t watch live, can I still ask a question?

How long will the Facebook group remain open for?

Will there be additional materials?

I’m a beginner, will this be too advanced for me?

Am I able to get a refund?

Yes – every day the video and slides are uploaded into a Facebook group so you can watch them at a time that is convenient for you.

Yes – everyone will be added to a Facebook group where you have the opportunity to ask questions at any time during the week of the course. After the week of the course you will still have access to the content but will not be able to ask questions.

You’ll have access to the group and the content in the group indefinitely (until Facebook makes me start shutting them down).

Yes! During the week, a whole host of supporting videos and templates will be uploaded to the group for the people who need it.

No. The courses are designed to bring everyone along on the journey whether you’re a novice or a regular user. Students range from just having a business idea to experienced agency staff.

If you require a refund we’re happy to return 95% of the original fee, which covers our costs, up until the day before the course is set to start.

If you need a refund on the day of the course we’re happy to refund you 50% of the fee. Remember, you can always watch the recordings in the Facebook group whenever you want.

Refunds will not be given once the course has started.
