The Classroom (theclassroom.co.nz) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it and your rights under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

What we collect

When you register for a masterclass, download a resource, buy a course or contact us, we collect the details you give us, usually your name and email address, and sometimes your business name, phone number or payment details. We also collect basic website usage data through cookies and tools such as Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel.

How we use it

We use your information to deliver what you signed up for (for example, sending your masterclass Zoom link and recording), to send you marketing and education emails that we think will be useful, to improve our website and advertising, and to respond to your questions. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in every email.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information. We use trusted service providers to run our business, including Kajabi (website, courses and email), Zoom (live sessions), Meta and Google (advertising and analytics) and our payment providers. Some of these providers store information outside New Zealand.

Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and only keep it for as long as we need it.

Your rights
